Yuletide Shipping and Deadlines
It’s that time of year, and we want you to get your gifts (even those you buy for yourself) on time for your celebrations.
For ready made items in the store (everything but the custom order below) UK shipping, get your order in by the 16th December. And for international shipping, by the 7th December.
The shipping on our custom orders change slightly, The last order date in time for Christmas is November 27th, final replies on crystal selection must be returned to us by 30th November.
Past these dates, we cannot guarantee your parcel arriving on time for Christmas
All parcels are sent First Class via Royal Mail as standard once ready to dispatch. If you need the parcel to arrive by a set date, you would like a tracking number with your item, or you need it to arrive on a set day/time, then let us know, prior to placing your order. There may be an additional charge for this service.
Shipping time varies by country, please allow 2 weeks from placing your order for the UK before contacting us, and 4 weeks for the rest of the world. Please check the receiving countries customs policies before placing an order. Should your item be held by customs this is unfortunately out of our hands and may extend your delivery time. You may also be required to pay a fee to your customs office, again this is nothing to do with Witchin and Stitchin and we see no return from this.
Shipping to the UK is free with baskets over £30, and £3 on orders under £30. Shipping to the rest of the world is £9.50 flat rate.
Returns and exchange details
Hopefully this won’t have to apply to you, but if you are dissatisfied with your product, please read on.
If for any reason you want to return or exchange your product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to get in touch, please include as much details as possible at this point. You will get instructions on how to return your parcel, and it needs to be done so within 21 days following delivery. It is advised that you send the item back with a service that provides a tracking number. We do not cover postage costs on returns, and there will be a restocking fee of £2 per item returned.
Once your return is back at W&S HQ, your refund will be issued, less p&p and restocking fee.
